Advice from Ishita Rishi · CIDESCO certified

Love your nails
for longer.

Use these simple aftercare steps to protect your nail extensions, Gel-X, acrylic nails, gel polish and natural nails between appointments.

Your aftercare checklist

01

Avoid using nails as tools

Do not use extensions to open cans, scrape labels or prise objects. Use the pads of your fingers to reduce lifting and breakage.

02

Wear gloves for wet work

Use gloves while cleaning, washing dishes or handling strong household products. Long exposure to water and chemicals can weaken adhesion.

03

Use cuticle oil daily

Apply cuticle oil around each nail once or twice daily. This supports flexible skin and a neat-looking manicure without picking at the cuticle area.

04

Do not peel or pull

Never peel gel polish or lifted product. Peeling can remove layers from the natural nail. Message Beauish for safe removal or repair.

05

Book maintenance on time

Plan refills according to your growth and service type—usually around two to three weeks. Delaying can shift the balance of an extension.

06

Report discomfort early

Persistent pain, unusual redness, swelling or irritation is not normal. Contact Beauish promptly and seek medical advice when needed.

Aftercare questions

Good to
know.

How long do nail extensions last?

Wear time varies with the extension type, nail growth, daily activities and aftercare. Most clients plan maintenance around two to three weeks.

Can I remove gel polish or extensions at home?

Professional removal is recommended. Pulling, peeling or aggressive filing can damage the natural nail.

What should I do if a nail lifts or breaks?

Do not glue or pull the product. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid pressure, and contact Beauish to arrange a repair or safe removal.
